FORT COVINGTON — A Fort Covington man was charged with criminal contempt Aug. 23 for allegedly violating an order of protection.
Police arrested Bruce W. Jock, 32, on Center Street at about 5:10 a.m., according to a State Police blotter entry.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
Jock allegedly violated an order of protection when he visited the residence of 71 Center St., State Police said.
He was arraigned in Fort Covington and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
Jock is scheduled to reappear in court on Sep. 3.
