SARANAC — A woman was injured in a one-car accident Wednesday.
A few minutes before 10 p.m., Megan Plumadore, 18, was traveling east on Route 3 in the Town of Saranac when she swerved to avoid hitting a deer in the road, according to a news release from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
Plumadore’s vehicle left the roadway and rolled several times, according to the release.
She was able to exit her vehicle and went to a neighboring residence to seek help, the Sheriff’s Department said.
She was taken to CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, the Sheriff’s Department said.
Plumadore was treated and released, according to a patient care coordinator at CVPH Medical Center.
