BOMBAY — Two Lake Placid residents were charged Oct. 8 with burglary.
Robert J. Davis, 45, and Laura L. Peryea, 55, both unlawfully entered a residence on Route 22 in Moira and threatened the homeowner, whom they knew, said State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman.
Nothing was taken from the residence, Fleishman said.
The alleged burglary was reported Oct. 8, according to a State Police blotter entry.
Davis and Peryea were each charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.
Both Davis and Peryea were arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond for each of them.
