BRIGHTON — A Paul Smith’s College student was charged Oct. 10 with criminal mischief.
Just before 1 p.m. on Oct. 10, a student reported the hood of her Subaru Forester was caved in and two quarter panels were damaged, said State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman.
A witness observed the car being damaged at about 8 p.m. on Oct. 5 and was able to positively identify Bradley J. Krejci, 18, as the perpetrator, Fleishman said.
Krejci is originally from Chesterland, Ohio, she said.
He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and was arraigned in Harrietstown Town Court.
Krejci was released into the supervision of the Franklin County Department of Probation, Fleishman said.
He is to appear in Brighton Town Court on Oct. 23.
