PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was charged with burglary and petit larceny.
On Nov. 5, Plattsburgh City Police saw a man they knew to have allegedly burglarized a city residence in October riding in a vehicle and stopped the driver, Plattsburgh City Police said.
Jason Tousignant, 26, the passenger in the car, was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Tousignant was arraigned in Plattsburgh City Court and taken to the Clinton County Jail, police said.
His bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond, according to the Clinton County Jail.
