PLATTSBURGH — A Redford woman was arrested Saturday on felony driving while intoxicated and drug sale charges.
At about 12:31 a.m., Laura B. Plumadore, 19, was driving north on State Route 3 in the Town of Plattsburgh when she was stopped by New York State Police for having her high beam lights on, Plattsburgh-based State Police said.
A 15-year-old was in the vehicle, police said.
Police determined Plumadore was impaired and she was charged with first-offense aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a felony; acting in a manner to injure a child younger than 17, a misdemeanor; first-degree vehicle operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor; second-degree criminal sale of marijuana: 4 ounces, a felony; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and dazzling headlights, an infraction.
Plumadore posted bail, according to a State Police blotter entry, and the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department said they had not had her in their custody.
No further information was available.
