PLATTSBURGH — A Schuyler Falls man was charged with felony drunken driving.
On Jan. 31, Michael Duso drove to a portion of Broad Street where police had established a DWI checkpoint, Plattsburgh City Police said.
Duso was interviewed by officers and was found to be intoxicated, police said.
His blood-alcohol level was .19 percent and because of two past DWI convictions in the past 10 years, he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, police said.
As of Friday night, Duso was being held in the Clinton County Jail without bail, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
