TICONDEROGA — Two Ticonderoga residents were charged with criminal mischief and conspiracy Wednesday morning.
An ongoing investigation by the Ticonderoga Police Department led to the arrests of Caleb G. Fleming, 21, and Jessica Carr-Fuller, 31, who were both charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and fifth-degree conspiracy, a misdemeanor, Ticonderoga Police said.
Fleming and Carr-Fuller were arraigned in Ticonderoga Town Court and sent to Essex County Jail, police said.
They are due to reappear in court May 22.
The investigation is ongoing.
