DANNEMORA — A Clinton Correction Facility inmate was charged Friday with two felonies relating to weapon possession.
Dameon Minor, 29, was found in possession of an X-ACTO blade-type weapon, Plattsburgh-based State Police said.
It was discovered in his right front pants pocket, police said.
The incident was reported to State Police on Feb. 12.
Minor was charged with two felonies: first-degree introduction of dangerous contraband into a prison and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Minor was arraigned in Clinton County Court and returned to prison.
