MALONE — A Brushton man was charged Feb. 15 with felony drunken driving.
At about 7:50 p.m., Troy L. Pearson, 35, was driving on West Main Street in Malone when a State Police trooper pulled his vehicle over for failing to keep right, State Police said.
Pearson was found to be intoxicated and he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, police said.
He was cited for failure to keep right, failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, a turn signal violation, refusal to take a breath test and a stop light violation.
Troopers gave Pearson a court date and he was released to a third party, police said.
