CONSTABLE — Two Malone men were charged with burglary Dec. 6.
Alec N. Hammond, 21, and Ronald W. Cyrus, 22, allegedly broke into a residence on Poplar Street in Constable and stole multiple items, according to Malone-based State Police,
Though a majority of the items were recovered, some were not, police said.
Hammond and Cyrus were both charged with burglary in the second degree, felonies, and were arraigned in the Town of Bangor Court and committed to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
They were to reappear in the Town of Constable Court on Dec. 18.
