MALONE — A Hogansburg man was charged with grand larceny Dec. 3.
Christopher Belile, 25, allegedly shoplifted more than $1,000 worth of property, mostly electronics and toys, from the Malone Wal-Mart, according to Malone-based State Police.
The asset protection officer at the Wal-Mart reported Belile, who was charged with fourth degree grand larceny, a felony, police said.
He was arraigned in the Town of Malone Court and committed to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
He was to reappear in court at a later date.
