BOMBAY — A Hogansburg man was recently charged with criminal mischief and unlawfully fleeing a police officer.
Brandon L. Jacobs, 18, led St. Regis Tribal Police on a high-speed chase after they tried to pull him over for a traffic offense, the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe said.
The pursuit ended with Jacobs damaged one of the patrol cars in an attempt to flee police, police said.
Officers arrested him and he was found to be driving while intoxicated, police said.
Jacobs was charged with misdemeanor DWI, second-degree criminal mischief, a felony; unlawful fleeing of a police officer, a misdemeanor; fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony; reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and numerous traffic infractions.
He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
BOMBAY — Jason M. Woodard of Massena was charged recently with third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
No further information was available Wednesday.
