Dunn owns a door-to-door sales company called Fresh Start 2000, police said.

He was arrested at 19 Booth Drive in Plattsburgh on Friday and charged with a felony violation of the Workers’ Comp Law and a misdemeanor violation of state tax law, police said.

Police said Dunn pleaded to a misdemeanor violation of the Workers’ Compensation Law and the state tax law misdemeanor.

He paid $568 in restitution for back taxes and was released, police said.
