---- — Cases heard before County Court Judge Robert G. Main Jr.:

Mackenzie Durant, 30, of St. Regis Falls was sentenced to five years probation, with the first six months in County Jail, for felony driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident May 14. He was also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.

Shawn Woods, 40, of Route 11B, North Bangor was sentenced as a second-felony offender to five years probation for second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, stemming from an incident Oct. 2, 2011.

He was also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.

Dominic Martin, 17, of Route 11, Moira was sentenced to five years probation, with the first six months in County Jail, for fourth-degree grand larceny, stemming from an incident Jan. 17. He was also ordered to pay $5,070 in restitution.

Tommy Beam, 22, of Wagner Road, Malone pleaded not guilty to a grand-jury indictment accusing him of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident Nov. 10, 2011.

Nancy Nixon, 35, of Dorsey Street, Saranac Lake pleaded not guilty to second-degree arson, stemming from an incident May 23. She was taken to County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 insurance bond.
