BOMBAY — A Hogansburg man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle July 21.
St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police said Adam D. Jacobs, 26, failed field sobriety tests and allegedly had a blood-alcohol content of 0.27 percent.
Jacobs was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a felony. aggravated driving while intoxicated per se, a misdemeanor. driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. and speeding, an infraction.
Jacobs was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released.
He is under the supervision of the Franklin County Department of Probation, police said.
Jacobs is scheduled to reappear in court on Aug. 20.
