SCHUYLER FALLS — A Keeseville woman was charged with felony drunken driving Saturday.
At about 2 a.m., Kaylah L. Hoehn, 29, was pulled over by State Police for a traffic stop on Route 22B, according to a State Police news release.
Hoehn was subsequently arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated. She refused to give a breath sample to test her blood alcohol content, the release said.
Hoehn was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, with a previous conviction in the past 10 years. She was also ticketed for moving from lane unsafely and failure to take a preliminary breath screening test, the release said.
She was arraigned at Schuyler Falls Town Court and remanded to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
