TICONDEROGA — A man from Putnam Station, N.Y., was charged with felony drunken driving Sunday.
At about 8:30 p.m., police responded to a property damage accident and upon investigation found that Craig E. Granger, 24, was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated and also possessed marijuana, according to a Ticonderoga Police Department news release.
Granger was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, the release said.
He was released and is to appear in Ticonderoga Town Court at a later date.
