ST. REGIS FALLS — A Winthrop man was charged Saturday with burglary.
At about 4:30 a.m., State Police responded to a residence on Days Mills Road in St. Regis Falls for a report of a burglary, State Police said.
The victim had returned to her residence at around 4 a.m. to find her ex-boyfriend, Isaiah J. Brothers, 28, inside her residence, damaging her property, police said.
