KEESEVILLE — A Morrisonville man was arrested on felony weapon possession and other charges Saturday.
According to a State Police blotter entry, Erik W. Robinson, 44, was arrested at 3 a.m. Saturday on State Route 22B/Salmon River Road.
Robinson was charged with first-degree menacing, a felony; third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, specifically a knife, a felony; first offense driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and aggravated driving while intoxicated with no prior conviction, a misdemeanor. Robinson was also charged with six infractions: failure to notify Department of Motor Vehicles for an address change; leaving the scene of a property damage accident; moving from a lane unsafely; crossing road hazard markings; speeding; and refusal to take a breath test.
State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Investigator Rebecca Flynn said Sunday that no details could be released on the case as it is still under investigation.
A representative from the Town of Schuyler Falls said the Town Court has no record of Robinson’s case.
