BURKE — Three men were charged Friday with burglary after allegedly invading a residence in the Town of Burke.
The alleged burglary happened just after midnight at 339 Burke-Belmont Townline Rd. in the Town of Burke, according to a State Police press release. Police determined two men had forcibly entered the home and assaulted a male victim inside, the State Police said in the release. Two other male subjects remained outside the residence, police said.
Charged with first-degree burglary, a felony, were Corey M. Davis, 20, of Burke; Cory R. Cooley, 20, of North Bangor and Ryan J. Rice, 21, of Burke. Davis, Cooley and Rice were arraigned in Burke Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
Steven C. Henault, 21, of Burke was charged with fourth-degree conspiracy and making a punishable false written statement. Henault was arraigned in Burke Town Court and released under the supervision of probation, police said.
Information on injuries and ticketing was not available.
