AUSABLE — A Plattsburgh man was charged with burglary July 9.
Jeran J. Bacon, 24, allegedly entered a Route 9 residence in the Town of AuSable illegally and took a television and an Xbox from the home, Plattsburgh-based State Police said.
The incident was originally reported to State Police at 12:26 a.m. July 5, according to a State Police blotter entry.
Bacon was arrested at 50 Chasands Drive in the Town of Plattsburgh and was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.
He was arraigned in AuSable Town Court and was released on his own recognizance to reappear in court Aug. 10.
