PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was charged with grand larceny July 27.
Daniel Handy, 42, contracted a construction job in the City of Plattsburgh and was paid $3,900 in advance to complete the work, Plattsburgh City Police Lt. Scott Beebie said.
Handy allegedly never finished the project, Beebie said.
He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and was released on an appearance ticket for Plattsburgh City Court, Beebie said.
