PLATTSBURGH — A juvenile was charged with criminal mischief July 17.
A 12-year-old from Rouses Point allegedly threw a rock at the door of a school, breaking the window pane, Plattsburgh-based State Police said.
The incident was reported to State Police just before noon on July 17 and the youth was arrested about 20 minutes later, according to a State Police blotter entry.
He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
The boy was then released into the custody of his mother and given an appearance ticket for juvenile court, police said.
