Michael D. Pecor, 47, was arrested by Plattsburgh-based State Police at the Super 8 Motel in the Town of Plattsburgh, according to a State Police blotter entry.
He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of an automobile valued at more than $1,000, a felony.
Pecor was initially incurred a felony third-degree grand larceny charge in September for allegedly stealing metal items to be sold for scrap, police said.
The owner of a storage facility that contains metal equipment reported various missing items to State Police.
