PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection.
On March 5, Joseph Somma was visiting his child at Family Connections Resource Center in Plattsburgh when it was found that he had allegedly been in contact with the child’s mother earlier that day, violating the order, said City Police Lt. Scott Beebie.
