Shawn Dustin, 25, an inmate at Mohawk Correctional Facility, pleaded not guilty to a grand-jury indictment charging him with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated and more.
Dustin also faces charges of reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to keep right, speeding and for not wearing a seatbelt, stemming from an incident July 17.
Davon Bryant, 28, an inmate at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility, pleaded not guilty to a grand-jury indictment charging him with first-degree promotion of prison contraband, stemming from an incident Sept. 26, 2012.
Rockne Cox, 30, of Tuper Road, Fort Covington, was sentenced to four years in state prison and four years of post-release supervision for third-degree criminal sale of a weapon, stemming from incidents Oct. 16, 2012, and Nov. 7, 2012.
He was originally charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a weapon and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Cox was also ordered to pay $3,100 in restitution and a $2,500 fine.
In another case, Cox was sentenced to one to three years in state prison for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, stemming from an incident March 16, 2013.
He was indicted by a grand jury in that case for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while ability was impaired by drugs and petit larceny.
Cox must also pay restitution in the amount of $5.37.
