WILMINGTON — An AuSable Forks man was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle Dec. 23.
At about 6 p.m., Ambrose C. Woodard, 33, was stopped by police on State Route 86 for having a headlight out, according to Wilmington-based State Police.
Woodard allegedly falsely identified himself and had suspensions on his license, police said.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony; second-degree criminal impersonation and obstructing government administration, misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Woodard was arraigned in Town of Wilmington Court and was remanded to Essex County Jail without bail. He was to reappear in court Dec. 26.
