BOMBAY — A Fort Covington woman was charged Wednesday with felony unlicensed operation.
At about 10:20 p.m., Catherine M. Dustin, 48, was driving eastbound on Route 95 in the Town of Bombay when a trooper saw her vehicle cross over the yellow lines in the middle of the road three times, State Police said.
The trooper stopped Dustin and investigation led to her being charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony; driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and failure to keep right, a violation.
Dustin was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was released into the supervision of the Franklin County Probation Department, police said.
She is due back in court on May 20.
