PLATTSBURGH — Two were taken to the hospital following a two-car accident May 10, police said.
Shortly before 4:40 p.m., Menelek Cummings, 23, of the Bronx was traveling south on Margaret Street in the City of Plattsburgh when Matthew Hanley, 22, of Copiague, N.Y. pulled in front of Cummings to enter the driveway of 159 Margaret St. and the two cars collided, Plattsburgh City Police said.
Cummings and his passenger Shanelle Davis, 20, of Rosedale, N.Y., both complained of head and neck pain and they were taken to CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, police said.
Hanley was ticketed for failure to yield to the right of way.
