SARANAC — A Saranac man faces a felony charge after an alleged domestic dispute.
Plattsburgh-based State Police received a report at 12:27 p.m. Tuesday of a domestic dispute between Tucker J. Hackett, 18, and Cynthia Hackett.
Police said Tucker allegedly damaged items within the residence, disconnected a telephone line while Cynthia was attempting to call 911, punctured all four tires and broke the windshield and driver-side window of her vehicle.
The 18-year-old was arrested at 1:25 p.m. and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, for stealing property worth more than $250. He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for preventing an emergency call and criminal mischief for intent to damage property, both misdemeanors.
He was arraigned in Plattsburgh Town Court and released to appear in Saranac Town Court at 7 p.m. Feb. 13.
