ELLENBURG — A Ellenburg woman was arrested March 25 for allegedly violating the terms of her felony probation.
At 11:30 a.m., Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hayley A. Turner, 31, on a Clinton County Court violation of probation warrant, according to a news release from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
Turner was found with hypodermic instruments and a controlled substance at the time of her arrest, the Sheriff’s Department said.
She was additionally charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.
She was arraigned in Clinton County Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
Turner was processed Saturday for the misdemeanor charges and issued appearance tickets to appear in Plattsburgh City Court at a later date, the Sheriff’s Department said.
