CHAZY — A Chazy teen is accused of violating an order of protection.
According to Chazy-based State Police, officers received a complaint at 6:14 p.m. Friday alleging that Jessie M. Clarke-Napoletano,18, had physically harassed her mother, Sonya Clarke.
Clarke-Napoletano was located near her residence in the Town of Chazy and was arrested at 6:55 p.m., police said.
She was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, for allegedly violating an order of protection and second-degree harassment, a violation.
After being arraigned in the Town of Champlain Court, Clarke-Napoletano was remanded to Clinton County Jail on $25,000 bail, pending further court action.
