ROUSES POINT — A Rouses Point woman was arrested Wednesday in connection with a domestic incident involving her mother, police said.
On March 8, Chazy-based State Police Trooper Thomas Willette responded to a call from a residence on Pratt Street in the Village of Rouses Point where Lynnsey D. Cesar, 18, allegedly pushed, shoved, slapped and punched her mother and damaged a television set, Chazy-based State Police said.
No weapons were involved and no one was injured, police said.
A 9-year-old was present during the incident, police said.
Cesar was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony; endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment with physical contact, a violation.
She was arraigned in Champlain Town Court and released on her own recognizance to reappear in court at 5 p.m. April 10.
