LAKE PLACID — A New Jersey man was charged with possession of a forged instrument and exposure of a person Aug. 7.
Matthew C. Lane, 19, of Cedar Grove, N.J. was arrested after he was seen urinating in public, the Lake Placid Police Department said in a news release.
Further investigation revealed that Lane was in possession of forged identification, police said.
Lane was arraigned in Lake Placid Village Court and released on $500 cash bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
