PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh woman was charged with assault following an alleged domestic dispute.
The incident happened at about midnight Aug. 22 at a residence on Pear Street in Plattsburgh, Lewis-based State Police said.
Elizabeth M. Bell, 27, attacked her husband with a knife in the residence they share, police said.
Both initially declined medical attention, but Bell later went to CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh for treatment of injuries she sustained during the fight, police said.
After her arrest at 2:30 a.m., she was arraigned in Plattsburgh Town Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash or $6,000 bond.
