---- — MOIRA — A Brushton woman was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny Monday.
Chantel A. Snyder, 31, allegedly stole some cinder blocks from the foundation of a residence in Moira and used them to make a fire pit next door to the residence, Malone-based State Police said.
Snyder was arrested at 15 Maple Leaf Dr. in the Town of Moira, according to a State Police blotter entry.
She was charged with third-degree criminal mischief of property valued at more than $250, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Snyder was arraigned in Moira Town Court and is scheduled to reappear there on June 19, police said.
