PERU — A Plattsburgh man was charged March 31 with felony assault and weapon possession.
A State Police blotter entry lists the time the incident was reported at 10:09 p.m. on March 30.
Joseph L. Bouyea, 43, was taken into custody at 2:05 p.m. at 20 Cubb Circle in the Town of Plattsburgh.
He was charged with assault with a weapon with intent to cause physical injury and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, both felonies.
Bouyea was released on $5,000 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department that day, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
