---- — PLATTSBURGH — Clinton County Court judges recently sentenced several offenders.

All charges are felonies, unless noted otherwise.

Sentences handed down by Judge Patrick McGill:

Seth Adolfsen, 30, of Plattsburgh pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced to three years determinate prison time with two years of post-release supervision with time in the State Shock Incarceration Program. Adolfsen was ordered to pay a $500 fine, a $375 surcharge and provide DNA sample and pay the sample collection fee. His license was suspended and his right to an appeal was waived. The charges stem from an April 2013 arrest.

Christopher Bulluck, 41, of Dannemora, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and speeding and was sentenced to five years of probation. Bulluck was ordered to pay a fee for the DWI Victim Impact Panel, $3,100 in fines and provide a DNA sample and pay the associated fee.

Joseph Cayea, 47, of Morrisonville pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, speeding and alcohol in a motor vehicle and was sentenced to four months in jail and five years of probation with fines, surcharges and fees totaling $3,750. The charges stem from a November 2012 incident. 

Doris M. Clark, 46, of Keeseville pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal mischief and was sentenced to one year in jail. Clark must pay fines, fees and surcharges totaling $375. The charge stems from an October 2012 arrest.

Joe Darrell, 26, of the Bronx pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting prison contraband and was sentenced to two to four years in prison to be served consecutively. Darrell was ordered to pay fines, surcharges, provide a DNA sample and pay the sample collection fee. The charges stem from a December 2012 arrest.
