Cases heard before Acting County Court Judge J. Michael Bruhn:

Robert O'Neill, also known as Bobby Jo O'Neal, 23, no known address, declined to waive extradition to New Jersey and was taken to County Jail to await word whether a governor's warrant will be issued for his return.

He is wanted there on charges of aggravated sexual assault on a person younger than 13.

Tammy King, 31, no address given, admitted she violated her probation and was sent to County Jail without bail to await sentencing Sept. 19.

Michael A. Pelkey, 20, of 156 Broadway, Saranac Lake, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance from Superior Court Information rather than a grand-jury indictment.

He was originally charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree conspiracy.

The case, which stemmed from an incident Aug. 18, 2007, was adjourned for sentencing on Sept. 19.

Seth Carter, 26, of 138 Polar St., Constable, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance as a second-felony offender, stemming from an incident Feb. 15.

He was originally charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The case was adjourned until Sept. 19 for sentencing.

Justin LaFlamme, 25, of 238 Park St., Tupper Lake, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, stemming from an incident Feb. 15.

The case was adjourned for sentencing Sept. 19.

Clyde Parker, 21, of 987 Pine St., Saranac Lake, pleaded guilty to two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident Feb. 15.

He was originally charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Parker is expected to be sentenced Sept. 19.

Zachary Hutchins, 18, of 43 Front St., Malone, admitted he violated the terms of his probation and is expected to be sentenced Sept. 19.

Rita A. Hadlock, 54, of 7 Maple Leaf Drive, St. Regis Falls, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal contempt on Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment, stemming from an incident May 12.

The case was adjourned for sentencing on Sept. 26 at 9 a.m., and an order of protection was issued for the victim.

Kyle R. LaBarge, 22, of 16 Spencer Road, Burke, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana on Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment, stemming from an incident March 6.

He forfeited $2,032 in cash and a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier and is to be sentenced Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.

LaBarge also admitted he violated his probation and was restored to probation supervision until Sept. 27, 2012.

Wayne Terrance Jr., 31, of 269 McGee Road, Akwesasne, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon and reckless driving as a second-felony offender on Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment, stemming from an incident April 2.

The case was adjourned for sentencing on Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.

Corey F. Waldron, 19, of 34 Heather Drive, Malone, pleaded guilty on Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment to third-degree criminal mischief, stemming from an incident March 29.

Sentencing is expected to take place Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.

Michael Colavito, 45, an inmate at Bare Hill Correctional Facility, waived extradition to New Jersey.

Julius Stephens, 35, an inmate at Franklin Correctional Facility, waived extradition to Pennsylvania.

Joshua P. Donias, 24, of Constable, did not waive his extradition to Florida and saw his case adjourned until Oct. 21 pending arrival of a governor's warrant.

John Baker, Mohawk Lane, Akwesasne, admitted he violated his probation and saw his case adjourned for sentencing on Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.

Susan Call, no age available, of Lake Placid, pleaded not guilty to two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident Jan. 8.

The case was adjourned for motions.

Paul Butchino, 43, of 68 Lower Park St., Malone, pleaded not guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right, stemming from an incident Feb. 3.

The case was adjourned for motions.

Bethanne Verville, 26, of 1 Ash St., Massena, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, stemming from an incident Jan. 8.

The case was adjourned for sentencing Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.
