Police Log: May 17, 2008 - Felony Arrest



TUPPER LAKE -- Kelly Law was taken to Franklin County Jail Friday afternoon accused of using a stolen credit card.

The 32-year-old Tupper Lake woman allegedly used a stolen credit card at a Stewart's Shop March 22.

She was taken into custody Friday and charged with second-degree forgery and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Law was later arraigned on the charges and sent to the local jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond, which she had not posted as of Friday evening.
