MOOERS -- A man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after a two-car accident Saturday.
Chazy-based State Police reported William Sebert, 45, of 30 Mill St., Champlain, collided with Jason Garrand, 28, of Altona, on Route 22 in the Town of Mooers at about 9:50 p.m.
During the investigation, Sebert was allegedly determined to be intoxicated. He was charged with a felony due to a previous DWI conviction in April of 2005.
Sebert was arraigned before Chazy Town Justice Robert Dunlop and remanded to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. He is to reappear on May 13.
