MASSENA — Clarissa Jill Holmes and Jonas Stuart Hastings were married May 31, 2008, in New Testament Church, Massena, by the Rev. Adam Avery.

The bride is the daughter of John    and Renee Holmes of Moira. The bridegroom is the son of Roger and Linda Hastings of Dickinson.

Kayla Rohr was maid of honor. Best man was Benson McKane.

Bridesmaids were Raianna Ayott of Massena and Aimee Sharland of Greene, sisters of the bride.

Ushers were Andrew Hastings of Dickinson Center, the bridegroom's brother; and Joshua Marlow of Bloomingdale, brother-in-law of the bridegroom.

The bride was escorted by her parents.

A reception was held at the Hope Community Center in Brushton.

Clarissa Hastings graduated from Brushton-Moira Central School in 2004 and is attending Rochester Institute of Technology.

Jonas Hastings also graduated from Brushton-Moira Central in 2004 and from Alfred State in 2006 with an associate degree in machine tool technology. He is employed at Gleason Works in Rochester.

After a wedding trip to Vermont, they will reside in Rochester.
