LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Christina E. Mercaldi and Matthew J. Marks were married March 25, 2008, in the Chapel of the Fountains, Las Vegas, Nev., by the Rev. Paul W. Alexander.

The bride is the daughter of Leonard and Nora Mercaldi Sr. of Champlain. The bridegroom is the son of Robert and Diane Marks Sr. of Rouses Point.

Christina Marks graduated from Northeastern Clinton Central School. She is assistant deli manager at Price Chopper in Champlain.

Matthew Marks also graduated from NCCS and National Tractor Trailer School, Liverpool. He is pursuing an associate in applied science degree in aviation technology through CCC.

After a wedding trip to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon in Arizona, the couple resides in Rouses Point.
