JUPITER, Fla. -- Kenneth and Marlene Jahn, formerly of Peru and now residing in Fort Pierce, Fla., celebrated their 50th anniversary with a casual family gathering at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Debbie Jahn, of Jupiter.

Also attending were their other three children: Don and Tracy Jahn of Fort Pierce; Tammie and Howard Pittsley of Springfield, Ga.; and Denise Baum and her escort, Darrell Becht of Dallas, Texas. The Jahns have eight grandchildren, three of whom were able to attend the celebration, and three great-grandchildren.

Kenneth Jahn and Marlene Cline were married June 7, 1958, in Salina, Kansas.

Kenneth Jahn served 29 years in the U.S. Air Force and was Peru town supervisor for 10 years. Marlene Jahn worked many years as a nurse's aid at Clinton County Nursing Home.
