PLATTSBURGH — Krista Anne McCallister and Keith Mason Armstrong were married Sept. 14, 2013, at St. Peter's Catholic Church by Deacon Mark Bennett. The bride is the daughter of Kathy McCallister and the late Timothy McCallister of Plattsburgh. The bridegroom is the son of Mary and Thomas Armstrong of Peru.
Heather McCallister, the sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Matthew Armstrong, the brother of the bridegroom, was the best man.
Bridesmaids were Alisha Oakes, Rayna Powers, and Breanon McCormick. Mackenzie Dubay, niece of the bride, was junior bridesmaid; and her niece, Emilie Dubay, was flower girl. Ushers were Casey Kennedy, Matthew King, and Joshua Currier. Ring-bearer was Landon Powers. The bride was escorted by her twin brother, Jeremy McCallister.
Readers were the bridegroom's father, Thomas Armstrong; and the bride's grandmother, Margaret Garrand. Flowers were by Country Expression. Ceremony vocalists were Mitch and Amy Willette, accompanied by Ben Reavis on piano.
A reception was held at the Adirondack Room, Plattsburgh, with music by Sound Obsession.
Krista graduated from Peru Central School in 2004, and is a graduate of Clinton Community College with an associate's degree in business. She is employed as a Clerk III for CVPH Medical Center.
Keith graduated from Peru Central School in 2002, and is a graduate of Plattsburgh State with a master's degree in education. He is a substitute teacher and is employed as a mental health technician at CVPH Medical Center.
After a honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, the couple reside in Peru.
