CHAMPLAIN — Abby Lambert and Douglas Teator were married on December 29, 2012 at St. Mary's Church in Champlain, NY by Deacon Laszlo Ivanits.
The bride is the daughter of David and Lisa Lambert, of Champlain, NY. The bridegroom is the son of David and Cynthia Teator, Jr. of Chatham, NY.
Kacy Lambert, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Matthew Pisano, friend of the groom, was the best man.
Bridesmaids were Courtney Coryea, Tiffany Lamberton, and Kristen Litwin, all friends of the bride.
Groomsmen were Anthony Couture and Geoff Nettleton, friends of the groom, and David Teator, III, brother of the groom.
The flower girl was Hanna Bechard and the ring bearer was Austin Lambert, both cousins of the bride.
Readings were done by Helen Bechard, aunt of the bride, and Dennis Templeton, great-uncle of the groom.
Ceremony music was performed by singer Becky West and organist Jim McCarthy.
The reception was held in the Gold Room at the Rainbow Banquet Hall in Altona, NY. Music was provided by Sound Obsession.
Abby Teator graduated from the University at Albany in 2007 with a dual degree in Business and Communications. She currently works as a Communications Specialist at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.
Douglas Teator graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2006 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and currently works as a Project Engineer with Creighton Manning Engineering in Albany, NY.
After a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Delmar, NY.
