— MORRISONVILLE -- Mary and Phil Von Bargen of Morrisonville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsi, to Matthew Russell, son of Christal and Craig Russell, also of Morrisonville.
Kelsi Von Bargen graduated from Peru Central High School in 2002 and Clinton Community College in 2004. She is employed at JCEO of Clinton County.
Matthew Russell graduated from Seton Catholic in 1999, Clinton Community College in 2001 and Plattsburgh State in 2003. He is employed at FCI in Ray Brook.
A Sept. 19 wedding has been planned.
