Hayes will become Of Counsel to the Malone firm. He will manage the operations of the Tupper Lake office, where he has practiced law for the last 35 years. Hayes, a 1973 graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, a former assistant district attorney and former president of the Franklin County Bar Association, has managed a general practice in Tupper Lake since 1977.
