Police: Man threatened to shoot bus driver

SCHROON — A Schroon man faces a felony charge of making a terrorist threat after allegedly threatening to shoot a bus driver.

Brian P. McCoy, 40, was arrested Tuesday after State Police responded to Schroon Lake Central School for a report of a threat made to a school employee.

He is also charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

Arraigned in Schroon Town Court, he was taken to Essex County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
